Anxiety controlling your life?

Anxiety can appear at any moment in life ruining plans, making even the everyday tasks like driving, going to the shops or relaxing at home impossible. Is anxiety stealing your freedom? Hi, and welcome to Start Blossoming Online Therapy. Therapy can be a life changing tool I feel everyone should have access to. Here at Start Blossoming I aim to provide various forms of therapy in the hopes that anyone can find a comfortable way to access help and support. So whether you want face to face video sessions or the flexibility of email sessions there’s something here for you. Over the last three years I’ve built a private practice helping clients from all over the UK explore their thoughts and feelings, helping them process traumas and gain tools to move forward in life.

Start Blossoming was named to highlight the processes that we aim for in therapy, but also signifying that the growth continues throughout the rest of your life with the skills you gained from your sessions. I believe therapy is a investment into your future self, and that what you learn can last you a lifetime.
