Purpose of collecting data and protecting your confidentiality

All personal information I collect is purely for communication or emergency reasons only. No marketing material will be sent directly to you unless requested. All notes are kept secure and in accordance with BACP and my Insurers guidelines. Notes from sessions are coded and never stored with your personal information.

Digital correspondence are kept until responded to, hard copies are kept with client details removed, electrical copies e.g. emails are then deleted.

Your information is never shared unless I have written consent from you as the client or I have a legal obligation to do so.

I ensure all virus protection is up to date and everything is password protected.
