A Connected Way To Experience Therapy
Sometimes the most profound conversations happen when we're walking side by side rather than sitting face to face. This summer, I'm launching walk and talk therapy sessions in the beautiful countryside of Worcestershire and South Shropshire.
What is Walk and Talk Therapy?
Walk and talk therapy combines gentle movement with therapeutic conversation in natural settings. As we walk together along peaceful paths, something magical happens - the rhythm of walking, the presence of nature, and the side-by-side positioning create a unique space for insight and healing.

The Experience
Our sessions take place in beautiful locations across Worcestershire and South Shropshire. Each location offers:

Peaceful atmosphere with places to pause and sit
Parking and toilet facilities
Weather contingency plans
Sessions are 60 minutes long and follow the same professional standards as traditional therapy, with the added benefit of nature as our co-therapist.

I’m led by my client, if you are happy to be in the rain so am I. I don’t feel like there’s any “bad” weather as different elements often bring a unique power to a session. Sessions can be cancelled, rescheduled or adapted if there is severe weather warnings and most locations offer options for cover if needed.

Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. I'll provide detailed guidance when you book.

despite the name, walk and talk therapy can be simply sitting in nature. Routes are gentle and adaptable to your comfort level, pausing as little or as offer as you prefer.

Safety is the most important thing to me and we discuss and plan at length how to keep your session as confidential as possible.
Being outside, there’s always some risk of being seen or heard by a member of public.
