If you wish to start therapy and want to book a free introductory session, please see sessions available below. All session are 30min and are no pressure, no obligation to continue until you are ready. An Introductory session is chance for us to get to know each other, for me to answer any questions you may have and for us to see if we will work well together. If you can’t find a time slot that works for you or have any questions, please contact me via email instead.

Please note booking via the website reserves the time slot selected for you but will be confirmed by myself via email along instructions and a link to the video session if applicable.
